Blankets & Sewing
We have many different groups of ladies that come in regularly to sew many blankets and pillows every year. Some of these groups meet at Faith Mission and others sew at their local churches or in their homes.
These blankets are not only important for making the bales but we have so often seen the value in these blankets as the bales of clothing get distributed — the blankets are often the first items grabbed!
In the camps and churches that have housed so many refugees in the past few years, these blankets have literally saved lives.
